Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 business days after we receive your loved one's ashes at our workshop in the UK. This is assuming that the jewelry piece you have ordered is a standard in-stock size in Sterling Silver (we hold tens of thousands of pieces in stock).

Solid Gold pieces and non-standard sizes will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks from when we receive the order confirmation form and ashes.

Once your jewelry piece has been completed and has passed our quality assurance stages, you will receive an email advising that it has been dispatched.

Shipping is free on all orders.  This includes shipping an ashes collection kit to you once you have placed an order, receiving the kit back to our US office and then to our UK office, and finally sending your finished jewelry back to you in the US!

We use reputable international couriers with full tracking information emailed to you.

We understand how daunting it can be to part with the ashes of your loved one.  We take this responsibility very carefully.

We use a tracked USPS Priority Mail Express service for you to return your ashes to our US office.  Once they are safely received we'll send you an email to let you know.

Once per week we send a shipment of customer orders from the US back to our office in the UK.  This is a fully tracked service.  Once again, we'll let you know when this has been received.

Once your jewelry has been completed we'll then send your finished order directly back to you in the US via a tracked international courier.
