US Customers - Ordering Process

Ordering your bespoke memorial jewelry from EverWith is a simple and sensitive process. Firstly, you can browse our extensive selection of pendants, rings, bracelets, lockets, cufflinks, and earrings on our website.

Once you have chosen the perfect piece, simply place your order online. We'll then send you an ashes collection kit/pack via USPS from our office in the US, including a returns paid envelope for the return of the kit to our US office.

If you have ordered a ring, we will also send you a ring sizer to ensure the perfect fit.

Once per week, our orders are sent back to the UK for processing by our team of 20 craftspeople. Each piece is individually handcrafted with the utmost care and respect for your loved one's ashes.

Once your jewelry is complete, it will be shipped directly to you from our UK studio. To cover the cost of shipping, we charge a flat fee of $20. We understand the importance of receiving your jewelry as quickly as possible, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

If you've ordered a piece from our Personalized Engraving range then the entire process is online. You can upload engraving artwork at the time of ordering or by emailing images@everwith.com.

  • Step 1:

    To begin your order, simply visit our secure website and place your order online.

    Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone, and we will be happy to help you place your order.

  • Step 2:

    Place an order and we'll send you an ashes collection kit via USPS from our US office. It has everything you need to safely send your loved one's ashes to us (including a ring sizer). The kit includes a Prepaid USPS Priority Mail envelope to return it to our US office. 

     

  • Step 3:

    After we receive your ashes pack at our US office, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that the pack has been safely delivered. Once per week, we send orders back to our UK office, where our skilled craftspeople will create your unique and personalized jewelry piece.

  • Step 4:

    We will keep you updated throughout the crafting process, and once your jewelry piece is ready, we will let you know.

    Typically, we work on a 7-14 day business day turnaround. We ship using an international courier. Shipping between the UK and US usually takes around 3-4 business days.

  • Step 5:

    Your jewelry will be beautifully gift-wrapped and will contain a warranty certificate and care instructions, along with any unused ashes.
