How do I place my order?

You can order your piece of memorial jewelry from our website, or directly from one of our EverWith dealers.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an ashes collection kit via USPS from our US office. This kit includes everything you need to safely and securely send your loved one's ashes back to us in the UK. If you have ordered a ring, we will also include a ring sizer to ensure the perfect fit. The kit includes a return paid envelope for the return of the kit to our US office.

Complete the details for the piece of memorial jewelry you have chosen on the enclosed order confirmation form. Most of our jewelry is made from hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver with a Rhodium plating. Selected pieces are available in 9k gold. If you are ordering a ring, use the ring-sizer included in the pack to select the correct size. Choose the color of resin you wish to incorporate with the ashes in your piece of jewelry. Introduce a small amount of the cremation ashes into the plastic bag. Do not send all of the ashes, we only need a very small amount. We suggest that you safeguard the rest, in case of the very unlikely event that the package should go astray.

How long will it take to make my piece of EverWith memorial jewelry?

If you are ordering an in-stock piece of EverWith memorial jewelry, the finished item should be returned to you within 7 to 14 business days from when we receive your loved one's ashes. If you are ordering a Gold piece, please allow around 6 to 8 weeks processing time as these jewelry pieces are individually crafted. Our automated email system will keep you up to date with the progress of your piece of memorial jewelry throughout the entire order process.

What are your delivery methods?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. The ashes collection kit is sent via USPS Priority Mail, and will includes a returns paid envelope for the return of the kit to our US office. Your finished jewelry will be sent via an international courier directly from our UK jewelry workshop. Please allow around 3 to 4 business days for it to arrive - a signature will be required.

Can you send my order to a different address?

Yes of course. We can deliver your order to any location you wish. This includes your home and work address, or even the funeral home. Please let us know accordingly.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept most credit and debit cards for payment on the website, along with PayPal. We require the payment in full at the time of ordering.

What if I don’t want to pay online?

Purchasing online is the simplest and quickest method. However, if you are uncomfortable doing this then you can always phone us. If taking payment over the phone is the most comfortable option for you, then our lovely customer service team will be happy to put your order through this way.

How do I check for updates on my order?

We will send you regular updates via email throughout the process to put your mind at ease. If for some reason you aren’t receiving these notifications, please call or email us and we will check this for you. Please check whether the emails have gone into your spam folder first.

What if my piece of memorial jewelry is faulty?

We photograph and quality check all jewelry when the team have finished making the piece, before releasing for delivery. However, if you do notice a fault then please do contact our customer service team via email or phone and they will always be happy to help you.

What happens to the ashes?

The cremation ashes will be treated with the dignified respect and care that they deserve. They remain in the sealed labelled bag until it is time to add them to the resin. This is done with the utmost of care. If there are more ashes than required to make the piece of EverWith memorial jewelry, these will be safely returned in a sealed bag, with the finished piece.

What kind of resin is used?

At EverWith, we use a highly specialised Polymer resin which is UV resistant. This means that it will not discolor over time even if exposed to direct sunlight. This unique resin will not crack or smash, and it comes in a choice of twelve colors. The final form is made up of several layers of colored resin mixed with ashes. The final layer is a super-hard transparent one which protects all the other layers. Once made, the ashes are permanently sealed within the resin and cannot be removed. They will remain suspended and visible forever.

How do I care for my memorial jewelry?

You can wear your piece of memorial jewelry most of the time. However, please do make sure it is removed when: doing housework; sunbathing; applying perfume and lotion; showering and bathing. If you are wanting to clean your jewelry, we would recommend using a clean cloth and soapy water that won’t be too harsh on the piece.

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

EverWith memorial jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty on construction defects, and the colored layer has a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

Can I include ashes from more than one person?

Yes you can send us more than one set of ashes. This is a lovely idea for someone that may have lost both parents and wish for them to be together always. Just make sure the ashes are labelled and sent back with your confirmation card.

Can I have more than one color in my piece of memorial jewelry?

Yes you can. We have a few selected pieces available that can include more than one resin color. Please call or email our customer service team if you are unsure whether you can have more than one for your chosen piece.

Can I add hair into my memorial piece instead of ashes?

Yes you can. Just add a few strands of hair into the bag provided instead of ashes and send this with your order confirmation card in the pre paid envelope.

Can you include pet ashes into the memorial jewelry?

Of course. You can include either pet ashes for fur into all our beautiful jewelry.

Do you offer jewelry for men?

Yes we offer a stunning range of memorial jewelry for men. This includes: rings; pendants; and cufflinks.

What is Diamond Dust?

Diamond dust is the last layer that is added to the jewelry. It is not a glitter or sparkle and its visibility can depend on the design you choose, resin color, and also the ashes themselves.

Do your charm beads fit Pandora?

Yes they do. All our beautiful memorial charm beads fit standard Pandora bracelets. If you want to double check, please refer to the measurements section in the item description.

What happens if I scratch or damage my jewelry?

We want you to treasure your jewelry piece forever. But, accidents do happen. We offer a refurbishment service which will include replating and replacing any missing stones if necessary.
